GeoBUILDERS Toy Company 2002 to present, Laguna Niguel, CA, invention of an innovative construction toy like the
ever popular, “Lego,” toys except GeoBUILDERS allows children to build very large see through structures that they can
stand up inside to play. GeoBUILDERS are not limited to rectangular shapes; GeoBUILDERS create arches, domes,
pyramids, towers, cylinders, dog houses, castles, forts, houses, buildings and other inventive structures. Injection molds
have been designed and built and several thousand production prototypes have been molded. GeoBUILDERS is looking

X-DREAM Sailboats 2004 to present, Long Beach, CA, Invention of the world s fastest practical sailboats. The fastest
sailboat today is the $3 million dollar V.O.60 mono-hull racing sailboat capable of 36 knots. The X-DREAM prototype #3
did 42 knots. The X-DREAM sailboat line is designed to average the wave height to eliminate sea sickness. The smaller XDREAM sailboats are designed to fold up small enough to fit into a pickup truck bed for ease of transport. The larger XDREAM sailboats are 2 and 3 story office buildings on the ocean with 7 foot high floor to ceiling windows and clear
bulletproof glass polycarbonate floors for breathtaking, “glass bottom boat,” views of the ocean life below the boat. XDREAM
sailboats use innovative 3-dimentional parabolic sails to provide massive wind power without putting the boat in
danger of capsizing. X-DREAM sailboats are designed with built in rollers to winch the boat up a ramp out of the water for
inexpensive dry dock servicing. Most boats have tiny cramped living quarters with only a couple hundred square feet of
living space, the X-DREAM sailboats have thousands of square feet of 7 foot high ceiling floorspace with thousands of
